We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. We work with both adolescents and adults to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and more. Our services are provided through secure virtual sessions for your convenience.
Our virtual therapy sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive a link to join your session. You can participate from the comfort of your own home or any private, quiet space with a stable internet connection.

We do not accept insurance, and as an out-of-network provider, you pay at the time of service and can request a receipt ("superbill") after each session for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Yes, all therapy sessions are strictly confidential. We follow professional ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure your privacy. Information shared during your sessions will not be disclosed without your written consent, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law.
Yes, we understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions will incur a charge for the full session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled.
The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your personal goals and needs. For some, weekly sessions are beneficial, while others may prefer bi-weekly or monthly appointments. We will work with you to create a schedule that aligns with your availability and mental health goals.
